Return & Exchange Policy

At Mood Mandala, we put a lot of love into creating unique, free-size designs, and we want you to feel great wearing them! However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected.

Exchanges

• Since all our styles are free size, we do not offer size exchanges, but you are welcome to exchange your order for a different style.

• We allow up to one exchange per order.

• To request an exchange, please contact us on Instagram (@moodmandala) within 3 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will arrange for your new selection to be sent out.

Returns

• As a small business, handling returns is costly, so we do not accept returns at this time. We appreciate your understanding!
