Prepaid Orders
Shipping is free for orders above ₹999.

COD Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available yet.

Standard Shipping
All orders are shipped using standard surface shipping. Delivery takes 3-7 days, depending on the location.

Express Delivery (Bangalore Only)
For express delivery in Bangalore, DM us on Instagram at @moodmandala. The order will be sent via Porter at an additional cost of ₹150-₹200, with delivery in 1-2 hours.

Exchange
The entire exchange process from pickup to delivery of the new item can take up to 12 business days.
